DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you have a required delivery date, please let us know when placing the order. If requested, any item may be held for a future specified delivery date.
We send every single package in the United States with a delivery confirmation tracking number and insurance. If the United States Post Office says your package has been delivered to you, we will not be responsible.

DELIVERY AND PROCESSING CHARGES

Orders are shipped via USPS in order to provide our customers with the most cost-efficient and expedited shipping service. 

  • Standard Delivery - USPS Priority Mail. Unless an expedited service is requested your order should arrive in approximately in 2-5 business days after shipping. See shipping rates table below.

- USPS Next Day Delivery - if requested, add $10 to the rates in the table below
- USPS Second Day Delivery  - if requested, add $10 to the rates in the table below

  • International Delivery - See shipping rates table below. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.

Most jewelry orders are mailed within 7-10 business days. Duplicating an item, or multiples of an item ship within 10-14 days. Although we normally can get a custom order out in 10 days, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. 

SALES TAX INFORMATION
Sale tax will be added on all merchandise delivered to Illinois residents only.

RETURN POLICY
No cash refunds. We accept returns or exchange If the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described.

  • We must receive an email letting us know there is a problem within 1-5 days.
  • The item must be in original "as new" condition.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns or exchange are accepted 15 days from shipping date.
  • Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • You must return your item packaged securely, preferably in the box it arrived in!

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return and insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. We am not responsible for lost items. 

We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, guaranteed. Custom orders are non-refundable.

MERCHANDISE DELAYS
All items at LaPetiteMadelaine.com are advertised in good faith.

Certain items, however, are subject to unexpected production delays you will be notified by email with the expected ship date. We will do everything possible to secure these items and fill your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are ready to shipped within 7-10 days of your order date.

PAYMENTS
La Petite Madelaine accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Make all payments payable to Annette Kwiatek if Personal/business checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks. You Must email us for a total including shipping prior to sending a check. Items paid by check are shipped after funds are verified.

PayPal payments are accepted for CASH only. If you want to use your credit card, select that option from the shopping cart menu. Funds must clear prior to shipment.

REPAIRS
We guarantee all of my work for 30 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 30 days repair is always available. We will repair your items for a small fee depending on the labor time and replacement parts plus return postage and handling. Please email us for the price info.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders sales are final.
No exchanges or refunds will be made on custom orders.

What is a custom order?
If the length or color of a necklace or bracelet is different than the choice given on the web.

Will my jewelry be exactly the same as the picture?
Because our jewelry is made with natural stones and pearls, color and size may vary slightly from photos. Every effort is made to show you the most detailed pictures of each jewelry piece and any slight variations tend to enhance the piece.

I am ordering it as a jewelry gift - does it come in a gift bag?
Yes, each piece is supplied in a beautiful gift box. You can also send the jewelry direct to the person the gift is for, just fill in their details when ordering.
